When the waiting lists are open, the office accepts applications for the advertized unit sizes.

Applicants will then be interviewed by the Membership Committee. Final decisions on membership are made by the Board of Directors. Once accepted for membership, applicants are placed on the external waiting list according to unit size needed and date of application.

The co-op has 62 rent-geared-to-income subsidies, which are all currently in use and only infrequently become available. Once moved in, all members are expected to provide some volunteer time to the co-op through participation in members’ meetings and other co-op events.
