How to Become a Member
Application forms for membership only available at an orientation/information session. Contact the office to find out when the next orientation/information session will be held.
All applicants will be interviewed by the Membership Committee. Final decisions on membership are made by the Board of Directors. Once accepted for membership, applicants are placed on the external waiting list according to unit size needed and date of application.
The co-op has 62 rent-geared-to-income subsidies, which are all currently in use and only infrequently become available. Once moved in, all members are expected to provide some volunteer time to the co-op through participation in members’ meetings and other co-op events.
Applicants will have to come to attend an Information Session before they can apply. The date for the next Information Session will be announced once it has been scheduled.
